Our police: it’s a tough job

From yesterday’s local police blotter:

“A business on the 300 block of North Avenue reported that a white male, approximately 35-40 years old, 6 feet and 1 inch tall, weighing 200 pounds and wearing a grey track suit and silver shoes or sneakers, purchased several products and then on his way out removed two milkshakes from the refrigerator by the door and left without paying for them. The suspect was last seen heading east on North Avenue (note: I love that you can head east on North Avenue) in a green Honda. According to police, the items stolen totaled $6.04 (note: does that include tax?). The incident is under investigation.”

They fail to mention that if you have any leads, you should contact the local police department.

  1. Just want you to know I’ve read this three times, because it makes me laugh every time! I love the police blotter.
