The book sale

Zachary decided to have a book sale. On our street that gets very little traffic.

Grand Opening

His first customer was Dori, who started taking books she thought were hers (even though she never reads them), and books she liked. Zachary was none too pleased.

Books for sale!

He actually got a second customer, “a stranger who bought one book.” He doesn’t remember what book, but he made a dollar. Which was one more dollar than I thought he’d make. He looks forward to setting up his sale next week.

Waiting for sales
