Dental Benefits

When we lived in California, we had to submit our dental claims to Delta Dental of New Jersey. After all, Mark’s company’s U.S. headquarters were here. Since we never got Delta Dental insurance cards, we had to rely on our dental office to remember this information (which they finally did, after several claims were denied when they  sent to the California office).

Mark’s company has been working to fully merge its operations with that big California company that it bought (yes, Genentech). They’ve working to synthesize the benefits and salaries between the two.

So starting in 2011, we have to submit our dental claims to Delta Dental…of California. Because the U.S. headquarters moved there around the time we moved to New Jersey.

Go figure.

  1. Google alerted me to your blog post. If you want to e-mail me directly at erisberg@delta.org, I can tell you how to print out your new Delta Dental of California ID cards online, and I can verify the correct claims address, etc. Happy to help!
