Touring the Manischewitz factory

While NJ and NY locals have all kinds of stories about touring the matzah factory when they were young, I didn’t get to do that. There is no matzah factory in Arizona. But lucky me – I got to tour it as an adult! The Manischewitz factory in Newark NJ is their global headquarters, and only factory for their 400 products (not the wine – info on that in the first post). We went behind the scenes. See what we saw.
